This setup will lead to higher tax prep fees and if you refinance these properties the IRS will consider this selling the property and you will have pay taxes at the end of the year on a property you didn't actually sell.I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation and tax planning and set up a paid consultation before you do anything.

I currently own a lot of land in Miami florida and its worth around 50k. im looking to pull out 15-20k in equity but cant seem to find anyone that loans on land assets. let me know BP fam

I am having a hard time finding insurance underwriting for the three-family that I am purchasing:https://www.redfin.com/PA/Pittsburgh/7209-Penn-Ave-15208/hom...The only policy I could get a binder on was from Tapco in North Carolina with a $10K deductible for $5500.  

I find Cash Flow vs Appreciation to be a dangerous discussion.

I am struggling to analyze deals and find them.

Overall, real estate values went up as supply was further constrained by the event, but a lot of individuals paid dearly.

You can find great deals around various holidays like 4th of July, President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. 

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The reason I say could is because your current income, tax situation, and real estate investments can dictate if buying real estate might benefit you.
