I think you would find a hard time getting a low deductible AND a low premium...really from any carrier today.

I find too many people struggle to come up with a name, just pick it and continue to focus on what makes you money.

Or do you find a lender first, explain what you’re trying to do, and then start submitting offers?  

While this is true that NY State is not landlord friendly/2nd behind CA in its laws as being the most tenant friendly, I find it a bit strange agents will often try to talk someone out of property.
