The best I have found is http://www.prospectnow.com/However, I would not count out a good old door knocking....If you are looking for homes to purchase, if you don't have MLS access the best site is Realtor.com - They have a direct feed to the MLS, the site is owned by NAR.

I love that my feed is getting filled with useful information instead of the usual BS, and I really like when you do the Facebook Live, I attended my first webinar that way, good stuff!

Further inland is less desirable and had the steepest declines in value in the real estate downturn (2010).If you buy at cap rates that are too low, you probably will end up feeding the investment.

I understand there are fees needed to be paid in order to get the deal done, but when none of these Private Lenders has any feed back I can verify, it seems like sending them any money would just be foolish.
