In addition to everything else I need (like lease agreements, info on evictions, etc.), my main concern right now is: does this mean it's defaulted to a Month-to-Month lease?  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Additionally hard money allows for higher leverage than other lending sources.

Step 2:  RENT IT -   When you go under contract for a townhome, its smart to immediately get it on a rental website, I use Zillow and Craigslist exclusively.  

Also, I have dwelling policies on each of my properties in addition to an umbrella policy.

.- Use additional income to pay down these properties much, and cash flow much faster/heavier.- Hardmoney lend to a flipper.

Tenant A is saying they are leaving, but they need an additional month to clear out. 

My realtor is @Daniel Kurkowski, he's excellent, and I don't think he's taking on any additional residential clients. 

In addition, we were living with a legacy refrigerator barely bigger than a dorm fridge, and in the last weeks of our renovation, we asked the contractor to remove some cabinets, redo a wall and install a bigger fridge.

Additionally, the comp i mentioned above--i forgot to say that it was located on the same block right across the street.
