Trying to think of BP folks in that area and can't think of one....It kinda sounds like you might be having an employee shipping out or attempting to cover relocation costs, at any rate, if you need the real low down, I'd call a title company in the area and ask what closing expenses were for an $XXX,XXX purchase, they can give it to on the buyers side to the dime and what lender's charges are customary there, as that depends on the loan.Any FA types???

If you can't get voluntary collection, you can attempt legal enforcement through your foreclosure atty (assuming a judicial state) but then you'll start spending more in legal fees than what the rental income is worth.
