The property has been updated with new electrical systems, features a brand new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

As I am changing the units structurally, moving electrical, plumbing, etc., I'm guessing this is going to be quite expensive. 

Then I’m paying $450 for rent, which is definitely better than the $1450+utilities and electricity I was paying at a 1br apartment.

I’ve had much experience with high voltage work, residential/commercial electric, drywall, painting, construction, etc.

The electrical is ready.

The units do not have electricity or plumbing, there is only a small office with A/C, plumbing and electricity.

In my eyes the house needs quite a bit of work, mainly cosmetic, but with a few concerns regarding electrical, plumbing, and fuel tank. 

The home inspection revealed the following big ticket items:Possible asbestos in the following locations:Popcorn ceilings of Unit 1 (peeling, must be replaced)Attic insulation of Unit 2Basement tile of Unit 2 (badly damaged and crumbling due to water damage years ago)Windows that need to be replaced (exterior shingles are asbestos)60 Amp service boxes and Knob and Tube electrical throughoutI'm looking for advice from the BP community on these issues. 

The building needs significant electrical rewiring, significant plumbing, boiler / radiator replacements or I can go electric baseboard heat, some masonry work and a list of miscellaneous items.

Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.I have nest thermostats installed which allows me to see usage.
