We have a signed lease until the end of July and she wants to extend it until the end of August.She keeps uneaten food and takeout containers in her room in open bags.

But yea I’ll be leaving the city to go relax with my kids some day soon and do work here and there as I see fit, maybe open a food truck or a cafe, spend time with the parents and help them out with projects. and continue my real estate thing. it started with a condemned duplex and has turned into 8 LTRs and a STR. 

So from an investment standpoint that's another bonus, not to mention the beaches and good Cuban food down south 😉hope that helps, best of luck 🤝🍀

I have a commercial property in Texas that includes 3 STR’s, a retail storefront, and additional space that is leased to a neighborhood bar and a successful food trailer.

Since it's currently operating as a commercial hospitality property, the current zoning should be perfectly fine for what you plan on doing, food or no food.
