A dedicated spot per unit is definitely a nice feature for tenants with a vehicle, as most people have to drive to a job.

My final thought: If you have $10-$30K to dedicate to getting an automated wholesaling business started, go ahead!

Now, they still have Gino, Josh, Dylan, Mike and a team of outstanding dedicated coaches to push you to complete the course and help you analyze deals, markets etc (all of the coaches are active investors as well).

This is considering that you would be 100% dedicated to this process. 

But if you work another full-time job and don't have the time to dedicate to it, it can be difficult if not impossible. 

And it is cloud based so you don't need a new dedicated phone for using it...

In my mind there are two components of the trust issue:1) Will the wholesaler dedicate his full attention and efforts to leads?

8am-12pm not because of any super magical reason but because when you have a dedicated 4 hour block of time you stick to every day, you will get deals but most importantly you feel absolutely accomplished that you did your part in finding deals for the day.

All we need is our postcard to be ready and for the new cell phone dedicated to these leads to arrive.  

My call volume from direct mail is about hitting 1000 calls a month and I'm really wondering what's the best solution here.A call center loses the personal touch and the ability to set appointments but on the other hand 1 or 2 dedicated phone people, although they will bring in a personalized approach won't nearly have enough time to handle all the calls. 1 Motivated seller can mean a 30-45 minute call.Anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions as to what I should do?
