Hey all,Does anyone know how @tcruznc on tik tok scaled his portfolio to over 300 units in such a short period of time and didn’t get over leveraged in the process? 

Is it a laborious process as a lender to get these loans approved?

I would appreciate any validation or (constructive) criticism of my thought process!

@Alejandro Ferrer Im in the process of switching all my oil furnaces over to new propane heaters with new meters.

I have something coming up near there, and thought I'd be done with it now but financing and deal process has been rough.

In the meantime continue saving more money and make sure you are using your credit meaning make sure you have a credit score because when you actually begin applying that's an important part of the process so that lenders can see you are responsible at paying off any debt.

You want a seasoned agent working on the preventive maintenance part of the deal and a good bank to walk you through the process.   

Repeating the process from last fix and flip.

I would recommend re-posting what you shared in a local real estate forum althoug  speaking with an attorney who is familiar with the local land use and zoning processes is your best bet.
