Talking with emotion and not logic is very important.There's a danger in educating the seller too much and teaching techniques on how to solve the problem is never a good idea.I never do that.I don't educate sellers.I give them WHIFFMs.

The sinkhole was filled in over time and it was "determined" that there was no longer a danger and was sold with a "no building" restriction.Many times the city can't give a property away.
