I deal with real estate contracts on a daily basis....and I still make sure a lawyer reviews them all.

Prices are still pretty low their but increasing daily.  

Hi @Bryce CaronI have listings sent to me daily for craigslist.

The seller or owner of these properties undergo financial turmoil and new creditors hound them daily.

Right now we live on a farm for free and we do all the chores and maintance

Example: I'll jog through key areas that I think I might have potential to attract buyers, I'll engage people in conversation/negotiation daily, and I'm thinking about knocking out my appraisers license right after I get my real estate license.

I joined Bigger Pockets a couple of years ago, however have just started to make it a part of my daily routine.
