@Dave Charron, I do not always fixed settling floors and have a rental with a very noticeable hump in middle of house where main support beam is, then slopes down toward exterior walls.  

They also offered in-home plumbing support for an extra fee...but I cheaped out because I have a 3-unit building and would have to pay per unit.
