Please critique and/or correct my assigning technique before I get started.In my opinion, before I get a contract with the homeowner, I'd at least like to know that I've got some interested buyers on hand, just out of good faith to the seller, regarless of my exit strategy.

Yeah, I think I could manage that.Maybe that's too complicated for me to pull off.

Some title issues are easy and some are more complicated.

In the beginning, it's very difficult with all the different methods and techniques out there - mentors bring experience to the table.

I would like to hear more thoughts and techniques becasue I know there are alot of people on BP that deal with notes so the more the merrier.

The first requires a rather complicated financial analysis involving the cost of funds, future appreciation rates, length of leasehold, etc.
