I think it's a great idea for several reasons; you would most likely be an independent contractor, you wouldn't have to go to an office 9-5, you would travel to meet with clients and have their documents signed.

I tell my clients "invest accordingly"  Would love to connect with each person in this thread--- you may or may not like my opinion tbh. 

Without appreciation, this kind of investing is a sham.So my clients in my very FIRST 3 bedroom/2bath home in Dublin, California is attracting a lot of wedding goers, some mix of business travelers, and families on vacation.   

People can sell you the assets/debts in the business, but not trademarks or names, or contracts they have with clients, etc.

I would talk to and find a property manager you like first, most of them are agents or have agents that they work with for investor clients. 

We have people who work at our company in sales who make impossible promises to our clients and then like to yell at us when we're not able to deliver.
