fyi - financing an AFH is not as  easy as financing a " regular " investment  property  .....commerical or   special  ADH  loan program  will be needed and   terms will be  higher  

The 5yr Treasury is a good example at the moment.Bottom line, by the time the Fed cuts in September, the financial market and mortgage lenders will have LONG since adjusted rates accordingly (and they arguably already have).

I need to continue to pursue cash flow but would very much like to be in a more remote position to spend time on the lending side because being a realtor and appraiser is limiting in a local geographic sense.
