You are going across many different spectrums each having pluses and minuses.Generally when I take on a new client there are many e-mails and some phone calls to walk through the different elements and differences.

Trying to make a decision based on cash flow per door is too broad in my opinion.

I can't think of generalization that addresses the combination as the mix covers a such a wide spectrum.* In a "normal" steady state market (not 2009), a single family home will appreciate better than a condo due to higher % land value.

My issue is with Exception ED, he's the guy that expects comments to his particular case that is broadly defined, he doesn't do any searching of his topic before posting a question that has been answered 100+ times before, he's just exceptional and deserves special attention.

On BP, or on any other site that deals in some way with investing or personal finance, you will get responses right across the spectrum.

So I believe a female's comfort in a male dominated group  comes from having a broad range of experience and mental development.
