I knew the first tenant would be a problem, however we were barely keeping afloat with finances and needed the renter.

This is within a mile from the "domain-like" project that will start at the beginning of 2021 and if Tesla comes to Austin (announcement expected in a few weeks), the home is less than a mile from that factory as well.There are homes in the area that are up for rent that would barely break even or cost me a little out of pocket for me in this area currently.

They offer basic stock market only Solo 401(k) plans and support the participant loan feature.Once you start talking real estate to a mainstream brokerage house, you will be outside their knowledge or ability to assist you.

Chad, there are quite a few threads on this subject that we’ve participated in.  

Kevin, I'm in the same boat... thinking of moving back there and using some of our nest egg to find properties to act as a small annuity but can't seem to make the math work (though I am barely learning to crawl with this stuff).

They may or may not require a participation in the GP.
