Basically, I have two questions.

No company name (on the front) but it's obvious from the email address and website on the front of the card.My company name is on the back along with basic info as to who we are, date founded, business affiliations etc.I don't know one seller who knows what a 'wholesaler' is.

I used to be shocked how so many agents I talked do over the years didn't know the basics of finance.

As for the trenchless repairs, I once saw on a television show how they were repairing lines in NY using some type of material that is sprayed into the old pipes and basically forming a new one, eliminating the need to dig up the roads, etc.

I am actually known for my 2 minute pitch, where, when they call, I am pulling up to a meeting, and I just grab the basic info I need.

It's basic and easy to work with.

Basically, the underwriter will see that you pull out $250k from your rental to pay down the principal of the primary residence.Say you're currently owe $800k on your primary residence at 5.75%.

I am basically half way there.

Basically a challenge.

I like his basic info, just disagree with "how easy this all this" as he presents it with getting private money from anyone and everyone.
