Hi all, I recently began considering creating small listing pages that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the sign outside of inventory.

Are you using all income you pay tax on (minus depreciation)?

Have the opportunity to purchase 64 homes, all have renters, book of business is very profitable. 90% of the properties have new roofs.

I guess my question to you all is, where have you had the best luck in finding contractors for your projects, specifically in Arizona’s market?
