My question is, which would be better: opening an LLC for my primary residence and adding my wife as a member of the LLC OR doing a quitclaim deed and adding her on the deed?

I'm currently paying above payment on these two existing properties an extra $900 a month to pay down the mortgages more quickly, which could quickly be freed up as well, as they both have low interest rates so this is not really the best use of my money.

It was not a perfect deal, but it cash flows well, and allowed me to buy my next multi family deal after the refi, so it worked for me.On my current projects I am rehabbing and value adding two 6 units, when its all said in done, I will have about 110k out of pocket, and will be able to pull out around 130k after leaving 150k equity down in the new loan.

To me, if you have some money from your day job or some extra cash flow from other properties, it is okay if it gets a little less than 1%.Cheers!

I also laid out multiple options where they would get not only their deposit back but also some extra money on top as well to help alleviate some of the hassle with moving.

I wouldn't doubt that it is "real" in that the ad revenue from the TV show makes deals work that would otherwise be unworkable.
