Do you have subcontracters lined up to do your Fixes- Plumber, Electrician, Handyman carpentry, Cleaners, Restoration company, Can you dedicate a person to at least once a week to inspect the property?

I prefer Florida over new York solely for their tax rules, less crime and chances of shut downs are unlikely if we run into another pandemic.
