Looking for SFH or Du/Tri/Fourplex in these areas with potential but not as saturated as in King County and for easy commute to Kent, WA.

I graduated with a degree in construction management from the University of Washington, and I actually use my degree every day.I am a health and fitness nut and I love CrossFit, met my boyfriend at CrossFit, and coach part time.

In the state of Washington you are suppose to be a licensed General Contractor to remodel & resell homes.

I am interested in investing in the Renton, Kent and Auburn area of Washington. 

The DC area is a great area for investing (Unless you want multifamily housing).
