How do I structure a deal with a lender where the seller holds the mortgage for a portion of the deal?

Hi Wendy, what is interesting here is that the owner received a pretty fat check.Now the owner has to deal with the structure!

Next time you visit make sure the roofs are good on both structures and clean the gutters.

We are planning on building a new structure once we figure out how.

@Delbert Standifer personally I'd structure it so I didn't have to tie up so much money for one deal. $10 or $20k should be plenty.

Anyone have a good insight or strategy for structuring an angel investment?
