I want to use Bigger Pockets products (or others like it), but it seems they don't provide coverage for PR, which is a shame.

This isnt always possible but sometimes overlooked as an option.3.

Maybe you can list it on the listing as an option and to inquire before booking.

Again, if you have deep pockets you can just buy a portfolio.

His advice will work for you if you have the correct measure of intelligence, experience, and willingness to work hard at it.I think a better option is to hire a property manager with the expertise and connections to handle it for you. 

I think here on Bigger Pockets we looked and there were something like 14 sold in Denton county in the past year.
