Don't be cheap and always hire an attorney when terminating or evicting a tenant because there are too many laws to deal with, too many changes in laws and a decent attorney turns over every stone before filing for the eviction in court.

Make sure they are ground treated wood and still put them over a pad so they dont touch the ground.
