I just purchased a 6 bedroom across the street and I'd like to end up with three listings:-9 Bedroom (both properties)-3 Bedroom (original property)-6 Bedroom (new property)I'm looking for tips from anyone that has successfully done this.

I'd love to learn from anyone who has done this before as I don't know what I don't know!

I'd love to bounce ideas off each other and talk about future plans someday if you'd like.

The cash flow jump was substantial and so of course I'd like to acquire more.

If you are going to be significantly cash-flow positive, given that the mortgage is paid off, I'd lean toward hiring a manager. 

I understand there are rules in place regarding STRs, so I'd like to find a realtor that is familiar with the rules, codes and laws that can guide me.

I'd focus on the ROI of "doing some updates" and the strategy behind this property.
