Duplicate post, please help me delete this

AS a HML I have seen this play out with investors that drink the sub too coolaid and are simply not financially capable to handle issues when things go sideways.I have also personally bought over 100 sub to deals in my career..

The storm didn’t hit them too hard—dodged a bullet this time!

@Chris SeveneyI do want to minimize liability considering I intended to have multiple properties under one LLC capped at 10 just because somewhere along the line I was told this is good practice.

Companies to use for this?

@Jimmy Leaton If you can rent out your primary home and it can be cashflow positive to help with upkeep from maintenance, repairs, and any bits of vacancy then it's worth exploring more.

This is not an absolute truth by any means, but a way to filter and have a better shot of those looking to sell/retire.   

In 2017, I thought I did just "okay" on this deal.  

It baffles me because locals are soo used to this wonderful city right beneath them that they pass up on opportunities!

I am wrapping up my licensing education with the intent of being able to buy and wholesale solo part-time, while keeping my full time job.How would I go about finding a brokerage that would sponsor me as a sales agent while allowing me to have this flexibility?
