Because there is somebody who holds them accountable, who encourages, gives advice, shares wisdom and when needed kicks them in the *** - repeatedly.For some of us the money we have spent on education, training and resources is not enough of a motivator.

Don't assume that every property makes a profit in every market condition.Love listening to podcasts like Investfourmore for tips and encouragement.  

As you get notifications, you will be able to interact with the people in your area that are active.

I remember when I first joined BP I was very hesitant to post in any forums but I quickly learned that the more you interact the better.

I would encourage you to set up your keyword alerts for Boise to keep track of events and happenings if you like to network with other buy and hold locals. 

And, over the years, we've treated all of our contacts as "partners," in the sense that we want them to be better off by interacting with us.
