The world is speeding up and change is happening at a faster rate.also  People mature and then understand simple math concepts.. let me pay rent and I get no value other than a roof over my head .. or let me pay mortgage which is the same payment or even less in many areas.. and at least if I stick it out till the house is paid for I have some savings..

I was talking about a more advanced concept of doing real estate deals INSIDE your retirement accounts.

A properly run business can not function in this manner but, aside from the concept of real estate  investing being a business, most prefer not to see it that way. 

This brings up a bigger concept of personal responsibility and making an attempt to educate yourself.

Think about that for a second; reminds me of the 24 yo Edward Jones Investments kid knocking on my door telling me that I need to diversify in stocks. 5.

As you can tell i am trying to grasp the concept before paying to take a seminar/class for about a $1k.I have been driving around and has found a couple of houses that was in pretty bad shape to come back a month or so later to see someone fixed them up and either sold or rent out.Another question, should I just go ahead and pay to find out how to do wholesaling properly.thank you kindly,
