I always recommend everyone educate themselves on the loan style as an option. 

Make sure you're educated, you're analyzing deals, you have an agent, etc.

Those jobs take no special skills or education and are intended to be entry-level jobs.

I'm pulling the trigger and getting started in real estate investing after reading all that I can get my hands on and educating myself.
