I really like the idea of being able to dedicate all of my time to REI (searching, vetting, locating deals, and then managing the properties) but am hesitant to take the plunge.

My call volume from direct mail is about hitting 1000 calls a month and I'm really wondering what's the best solution here.A call center loses the personal touch and the ability to set appointments but on the other hand 1 or 2 dedicated phone people, although they will bring in a personalized approach won't nearly have enough time to handle all the calls. 1 Motivated seller can mean a 30-45 minute call.Anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions as to what I should do?

Now, they still have Gino, Josh, Dylan, Mike and a team of outstanding dedicated coaches to push you to complete the course and help you analyze deals, markets etc (all of the coaches are active investors as well).

My final thought: If you have $10-$30K to dedicate to getting an automated wholesaling business started, go ahead!
