Curtis, my no payments comment meant that you could ask for no payments for x amount of time and then a lump sum or start payments or whatever.

If your last comment is right and the ARV is ~130K you only overpaid by about $10K based on your other numbers.

I would comment in the morning so more experienced investor's can see the post and include their thoughts.Also when you are replying to a message from a specific person, use the quote or the @name so they will reply to you specifically.
