(Looking to spend 130 or less)Just looking for advice, this would be my first property and I'd like to get cash flow while being in a non crime filled area, and being able to count on at least some future appreciation. 

The plumber came out while in escrow stated it would be $8,800 and we got it covered by the seller to do it. 

House hacking is a great way to get started, especially in Utah.

It lacks a reconciliation feature, so it's impossible to fix transaction import issues.

I’m in the process of searching for land in the Houston area to then build a 4-plex on it.The plan is to self-fund the purchase & construction, rent the units and cash out with a mortage.I like the idea of serving lower income families and therefore don’t shy away from section 8.This is the first time I do something like this, so I’m throwing it out there in hopes of hearing your thoughts and learning from your experience!
