If you’re investing in a fix-n-flip project, this may come in the form of project management: meeting with GCs to bid out the construction, cutting checks to vendors and working with designers, architects, running materials etc.Assuming you’re not “the money” side of the deal, you should look to provide value in some other capacity.

Slightly less labor and material on the install and honestly from a techs perspective I find easier to maintain.Bosch is a solid up and coming product I’m not completely familiar with their entire line but I know they have a basic heat pump that is made in China and doesn’t have the best reviews.

The age of the home is not as important as the age of the major components of the home, the roof, plumbing system, electrical system, age of paint and other building materials that may have lead or asbestos, variable expenses can creep up and kill an investment.

HiYou can say there was leak and you fixed it and send the receipt of material to water company. sometimes they reduce the sewer portion of the  bill, which is usually twice the water bill.ThanksReddy
