every contractor I guess has their own preference, but this contractor that I am talking about, is only doing that when we work together LOL ... for me the labour/material issue thing is not really big deal, but when he gives financing that's the big bonus LOL

Stay at the “cash flow negative casino “ for too long and the House may very well get its money back and then some.

Plus, the get the quiet title order as a bonus AND you can now sell the property on a warranty deed, borrow money against it, etc.

I'm guessing because the left hand and the right hand hadn't talked to each other in months.So, your expectation should be that they will do NOTHING, but you should ask for it anyway, and every now and then you'll get a little bonus.
