Staying at or within a couple hundred dollars a month of Sec 8 schedules will be a safe bet, usually goes up to 4-5 bedroom rents. :)

That's odd, I would think they would just get them turned off day of closing, that's what people do here, they call in advance to have utilities stop being billed in their name day of closing.

Average rents for similar size are $1400-$1500, there are a lot of odd balls asking for $2500 for some reason, but I think those are mostly for seasonal tenants and the houses are furnished...
