I find the county property appraisers website to be very helpful for owner (or trust) and current address then google search from there.

This information is fairly easy to find on your local city / county web site. 

I'm fortunate that at least in Penobscot County the local landlord association posts eviction data on their website.

Leasing was getting run off a bad website and Google Ad words and not through other online sites.This just underscores the importance of organization and clear record keeping in buy and hold real estate.

Does anyone feature local vendors on own websites?

Either way, as long as the numbers work well and your bringing in equity and cash it can be a good investment.

I have watched many podcasts and have attended online webinars, and am curious to any information that could be offered regarding how the calculations are actually done behind the bigger pocket rent calculators here on the website?

@Eric Jacobs this is great advice, we looked at other markets a couple of years ago and shied away because of the complications- and now we feel like we're kicking ourselves for not going for it- but it does bring a lot of challenges.
