Here is some advice, you pay what you get.I get all my blinds at Lowe’s but not pre cut already in a box, it’s a rental so you need to cover the window weathers it’s sticking out an inch doesn’t matter.

Between end of October to after the start of the new year there is much less demand as people are enjoying the holiday season and many are not interested in moving during cold weather. 

The weather here is getting sub freezing and I don't want the pipes to break. 

Kids are back in school which negatively affects how many families are looking to move.Other seasonal effects:1) Weather - getting cooler, which is a negative in colder climates as who wants to drag their couch through the snow?

Not looking for a quick flip and can weather the macro headwinds.
