I'm not talking about someone who puts their dog on a tether run for an hour to get a little air, I am talking about the 24/7 chained dogs with virtually no socialization or human interaction.

We are trying to build a totally virtual platform where phone calls are only performed on a as needed basis.

I am currently living in the greater Cleveland, OH area, but would be more than happy to work virtually.
