I think the time stress would be too much on my family in the end though.

The gentleman speaking mentioned that he was able to use unconventional value add financing methods to aleviate financial stress put on people by poor financial decisions or unforeseen life obstacles.

She did make the deposit to bring her rent up to date, the day after she received the notice.Of course, you wouldn't really want to say this, but I would have loved to reply back, "Yes, I understand it is upsetting and stressful to not have enough money to pay your basic bills. 

However, stress test your investment on paper (50% vacancy, double interest rate, etc.) and see how it handles different situations. 

It may take an hour or so for $ to show in your account, and your bank may charge a fee ($25 or so), but much less stressful than waiting for check to arrive, and then clear.

I have chosen to pay a website developer to help me create my wholesaling lead generation website We Buy Stressful Homes, which will launch by end of next week (no later than December 16th, 2017).

Being irresponsible when it comes to paying a faceless corporation, like a utility bill is bad enough, but when the person you are causing undue stress to is sitting on the other couch, that's completely inexcusable.

Again, I can't stress enough with these investors and contractors taking shortcuts to get as much profit as they can.
