It has 2- 1 bed 1 bath apartments and a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a private backyard and deck for the 2 bed unit.

(I’m at 2.5 years without a vacancy and 4.8 average stay today with no leases ending before March of next year.) low to no HOA fees and I would say more pride in their “home”When a condo or fourplex renter finds out for a “few hundred more” they can have a yard, a garage, their own laundry, twice as many beds and no shared walls they move in to a rental home.   

Property is a duplex: 207 side is two bed 1 bath, central heating.

How much money would it cost to build a 4 bed 3 bath home with 2,500 sqft?

Purchasing a 4 bed at my max approval and rent out 3 rooms, or purchasing a 2 bed below my approval amount, rent out 1 room, but have a jump start on my next down payment.Please share any other suggestions/ advice/ stories on house hacking you have :)

Smaller units (mainly beds) have higher turnover and more out of pocket maintenance cost.
