2005-6 a bunch of condos...newly minted from a former 70's apartment complex but not remodeled in the process....were sold, often in pairs as they were 4-plex buildings, for about 2 times what they were worth. 150k The out of town mainly California buyers must have loved the walk to a "top" high school and grocery store location.
