Happy Holidays BP Family - I'm currently working on a seller financed industrial deal, asset on the smaller end (~10ksf).

I would be using it for a medium term rental agreement during the winter months of my vacation rental.

For context, I’m active in Columbus, Ohio, but I also spend a lot of time in Miami, FL.

Not without the bank signing off on it.

@Brett Deas  The issue with furnished finder we have is the radius of the searches and the data it pulls in for stats as well as matches for the property. 

If I send a LOI (Letter of Intent) do I still need a representative like a RE Broker for residential properties? 

I am asking for top of the market rent, which certainly has something to do with it.
