I used my heloc to paydown a substantial amount of credit card debt to raise my credit score a month prior.

We are also going to get a quite from a glass repair company to see if they can fix the window seal issue..but not sure if repair would be successful and we are anyways heading towards a replacement anyways...thoughts?

Built into televisions, laptops, Alexa, Google and Apple devices, not to mention a slew of "spy" cameras designed to look like ordinary household items (water bottles, phone chargers, clocks, smoke detectors, shower heads, and even teddy bears).

A hot head could easily get mad and kick a door in when their key doesn't work.

If you have to change the exterior meter socket, install an exterior switch and perhaps a new weather head, the costs could go up.

I had some thoughts that can't get off my head, but I know there are a lot of experienced and knowledgeable personals on this platform so I would like to ask everyone their thoughts on the route an aspiring real estate developer should take.
