One step ahead of you Ken!

If tenants are giving you a heads up even if it's only a few days this is enough time to organize and get the units back to rent ready.

I had to have full architect drawings of the entire property, provide a copy of my survey, ect all to change a header that had rotted out on a back porch.

Sometimes, these people have gone ahead and gotten pets despite what their lease says, other times they're just borrowing a pet from someone else, but I still don't want it in my unit even for a day or two because of smell and noise and bite-risk.

Trump is investing one year behind me in the same area we are...LOL...got to love it....being ahead of him by one year internationaly...not the first time or last....LOL...)
