Unless you seek a job as a financial advisory, or at a big scheme in Federal world, you will be dealing with forms and paperwork, transferring RE property from one paper to the next. 

All they need is general information about the property to give you the kind of advice you are seeking.  

Yes, some of this may not be 100% legal, but I seriously, seriously doubt everybody here actually gives every single person the same exact treatment.
