If I have over 100k in student loans what is the best route to purchase my first property?

We have decided that the buy and hold strategy is the route we would like to go. 

After reading and watching videos about wholesaling and just the real estate market in general I think wholesaling is the route best for me.

Lesson here- look around at what is available for reuse and calculate the cost of doing it versus alternate routes. 2 hours of a lawyers= $200, 1 year of membership is what? 

If you do want to go that route, start looking for offmarket properties and crunching numbers.

I couldn’t go down the FHA route because I bought my house hack last year during a sellers market.

Can't imagine this will fly on appeal as it was not raised doing the evictionYour tenant took the Pauper's affidavit route for the appeal. 

We are also highly interested in building short term rentals such as eco airbnb's, as the cash flow of that route and the small footprint/simplicity of that direction would work well with our family.
