I highly suggest teaming up with a broker who you'd want to build a relationship with and truly understands the ins and outs of different underwriting guidelines. 

For CLE, a quick search took me to the Planning Commission's website and it looks like you can request a review by the Board of Zoning Appeals and, if approved, get a building permit to change your zoning/use.

While estimates suggest higher returns (10-20%) than traditional rentals, additional costs and complexities come into play.

It took about a year for things to really pick up (got Superhost/Premier Host, reviews, min stay tweaks and listing improvements).We use OwnerRez.

When I spoke to an investor friend of mine, they suggested staying away from that neighborhood because it was built on top of a swamp and that the houses there have a higher likelihood to have foundation problems.I wanted to see if there is a way to verify their claim.

One company that I’m looking into is Gatsby investment, has anyone here worked with them or any feed back on this company, they do have 5 star Google reviews but I would like to hear from someone in this forum.
