It seems like everything is so focused on payroll, when I really just need a simple revenue/expense journal entry feature.

She does it all remotely between her corp offices in upstate NY & Scottsdale AZ pulling a 6 figure income plus bonuses.

But if you read the pertinent section, once you start advertising the house features, you’re in violation of the law and they have been pursuing some of the wholesalers.

For instance, month to month rentals in the area are popular because of remote workers needing time away from the Bay Area or LA and also a healthy market of traveling nurses drawn to two nearby hospitals. 

Asked initially because I have probably used the one in the houses I have owned myself maybe 6 times in 10 years but as you said, expectations and a selling feature.

They have a search feature where I can look up property holders by name (including trusts).
