Initially I left it completely in the PMs hands, but I recently posted the property on Avail.co and reached out to a realtor friend to post it on the MLS.

If you highlight areas/houses that benefit owning over renting what would the post serve?

thanks for posting and sharing. i guess i am not sure i agree as BRRRR might be the best for new and experienced people. its really the best way to recycle your money as most people are not working with an endless amount of it.

@Bob Prisco within minutes of posting this week I had so many incredible people reach out to me with referrals and recommendations.  

Is it better to wait for all renovations before listing with pictures or should I post listing now without pictures saying that renovations are under way?
